Commercial Build Out Process
3 stages to a quality, timely and amazing Build Out for your business.
#1 Design Discovery
Define scope of work, assemble test fits and floor plan layouts, preliminary budgets, tentative schedule, schematic design including layout and finishes and paint.
#2 Bidding and Permitting
A permit is required any time you plan to “erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, move or demolish” a building or space within the city’s jurisdiction. A “request for pricing” (RFP) will be prepared at this time as well.
TRG calls on their partners to bid on mechanical, electrical/lighting and plumbing.
#3 Construction of Build Out
The final phase… Construction! Demo, Framing & Drywall, Ceiling, Finishes paint and flooring, Millwork, Mechanical, Electrical/Lighting, Plumbing.. PUNCH LIST.. MOVE IN.
